Delivery Policy
After ordering online, you will receive an automated email confirmation from Gecko by Design containing your order details.
If you have a custom order we will send a draft to your email within 24 hours for your approval. As our goods are custom made to order, please allow 7-10 days to receive your order. All items are sent via Courier post with signature required which will take 1-2 working days.
Once your order is sent a dispatch notification will be emailed to you from geckobydesign@gmail.com – sometimes this ends up in your junk mail, so please check.

Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of our products we cannot offer refunds for change of mind.
If the product is damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as you have received it and forward photos of the item along with photos of the packaging to our email geckobydesign@gmail.com. Please keep all packaging as you may be asked to return the product for inspection by the courier company. We will offer a new item to be sent out or a refund if the item is no longer available.
